International Destinations (excluding U.S.A.)

Postal services have been suspended to some international destinations due to the lack of available transportation or at the request of the receiving Postal Operator. The tables below indicate the following:

• Service available: Canada Post is still accepting letters and parcels for these destinations.
  ** Indicates only partial service availability. See PDF list for details.
• Suspended service: Canada Post no longer accepts any letters or parcels for these destinations.

For destinations where service is available, customers may experience delays. We have adjusted our delivery standards to better reflect expected delivery times. Consumers and business shippers should consider the additional delivery time when making commitments to recipients. Delays are the result of both limited air transportation and changes in the way Postal Operators deliver. Like Canada Post, many international Postal Operators have introduced changes to eliminate customer interactions at the door and support social & physical distancing. These changes may delay delivery and signature will not be available on some items.

What’s your shipping policy?

I can ship to most parts of the world. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping option you choose. Tracking is included for Canada and US shipments while international shipments by default do not come with tracking but have the option to upgrade at an additional cost.

How long does it take to arrive?

Sometimes packages are delayed at customs, it could be a busy season, holidays, and sometimes even weather en route can delay your package.  Here is an excerpt from the Canada Post website:

Delivery times depend on the shipping service used and the destination country.

Please keep in mind that items sent internationally must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. We cannot intervene in the customs process nor can the postal administration of the destination country.

Regular mail items without tracking numbers move through the destination country’s regular mail; we are not advised of delivery nor can we inquire about status.

As a guideline, below are the Canada Post Delivery Standards:

Canada

•  4 days and up to 9 days

United States

• 5 to 8 business days

International

• Small Packet – Air – 6 to 12 business days
• Small Packet – Ground – 4 to 12 weeks

Delivery standards excludes the day of mailing, weekends and statutory holidays. Weekends and statutory holiday deposits are considered deposited on the following business day. These delivery standards are subject to change without notice.

Please know that the above is only meant to be used as a guideline.  There can sometimes be delays and ask that US customers wait up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. For overseas customers, it can sometimes take up to 10 weeks or longer.
