Where should I display my Minikin?
The best places to display your Minikin is on your desk, a shelf, or display case – but really, putting your Minikin anywhere you can see it every day is a good place! For display ideas, please have a look at my Pinterest board!
While I do love doing art trades and have done them in the past, I am currently not doing these for the time being. Sorry. 🙁
How do you make your eyes? Where go you get them?
I make my own eyes using resin or glass cabochons and templates. Sometimes I purchase eyes from various shops on Etsy too!

Where do you ship from?
I am located in beautiful Canada! All orders originate from here.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Generally, I will ship orders within 5 business days. For custom orders, it can take up to 2 weeks before I can ship your order due to production time.
If there will be a delay in me shipping your order, I will contact you via e-mail to let you know!
How much does shipping cost?
I try my best to keep shipping affordable and rates vary by destination. You can put an item you are interested in to your shopping cart and view the shipping options on the checkout page, or if you don’t see your country listed please contact me so I can give you a quote and add your country to the list!

How long does shipping take?
The time it takes your Minikin to get there is dependent on many things. Sometimes packages are delayed at customs, it could be a busy season, holidays, and sometimes even weather en route can delay your package. Here is an excerpt from the Canada Post website:
Delivery times depend on the shipping service used and the destination country.
Please keep in mind that items sent internationally must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. We cannot intervene in the customs process nor can the postal administration of the destination country.
Regular mail items without tracking numbers move through the destination country’s regular mail; we are not advised of delivery nor can we inquire about status.
As a guideline, below are the Canada Post Delivery Standards:
Canada: 2-9 business days
United States: 5-8 business days
Overseas: 4-6 weeks
Please know that the above is only meant to be used as a guideline. There can sometimes be delays and ask that US customers wait up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. For overseas customers, it can sometimes take up to 10 weeks or longer.

Do I pay for taxes and duty fees?
Your order may be subject to taxes and duty fees and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking is provided for all shipments within Canada.
US customers have the choice of a more affordable service that does not include tracking, or a tracking service may be chosen for a few dollars more, but the good news is that you can track your package’s journey all the way to your doorstep! Tracking is highly recommended.
International customers also have the option of an affordable service or a tracking method, but not all destination countries have tracking service. Please contact me to discuss your options!
What currency is your shop?
The shop’s base currency is CAD and you will be charged in this currency.
What payment methods can I use?
All payments are through PayPal. Orders are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
You can use this currency converter to find out what your totals will be in your local currency.
Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only.
Can I save my payment details on your site?
While our shop is secure, payments are sent through to PayPal for processing therefore no payment information is stored here.
Can I change my order?
You should be able to change your order at any time as long as the payment authorization has not yet been processed, which is usually within 48 hours.
My goal is to make every Minikin collector happy! If you wish to return your Minikin for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. No questions asked! Currently, returns will only be approved if you are requesting a refund.
If you chose a shipping method that includes tracking, please contact me right away and I will investigate further. If you chose standard shipping that does not include tracking, I would ask that you wait it out a little longer. Please see How long does shipping take? for more information.
My Minikin arrived damaged!
Despite my best efforts to try and ensure your Minikin arrives safely, sometimes breakage happens…but have no fear! Most fixes can be done with the tiniest bit of gel super glue (such as Loctite)! Contact me via FB or use the contact form if you would like some advice on how to repair your item and include an image of the break.
However, if you feel that the damage is beyond repair you may request for either a refund or store credit. To be eligible, you must submit your requestwithin 3 days of receiving your package and provide photos of the box and its contents for review.
Do I have to create an account to purchase?
You can place an order as a guest if you choose to but creating an account would give you access to any downloadable purchases as well as making it quicker at checkout as it pre-fills all your information.
None of your financial details are stored on this website as all payments go through PayPal.
